We would like to further clarify with the below example, on our hedged margin requirements which was implemented on 7 May 2026, 23:00 (UTC+1), whereby the hedged margin requirement for Metals and Energy Spot and Futures products was adjusted to 100%.

This change was applied to the following trading servers:

• MT4: Live 03, Demo 02
• MT5: Traze Seychelles, Traze Demo

Example 1 (Fully Hedged)

A client has a leverage of 1:500 and opens the below trades (XAUUSD contract size = 100 troy ounce):

• BUY 1 standard lot of XAUUSD at 4689.25.
• SELL 1 standard lot of XAUUSD at 4689.01

Average Price

= (4689.25 + 4689.01) / 2

= 4689.13

Hedged Margin

= (Average Price x Contract Size x Hedged Lot) / Leverage

= (4689.13 x 100 x 1) / 500

= 937.83 USD

Total Margin

= Hedged Margin + Unhedged Margin

= 937.83 USD + 0

= 937.83 USD

Example 2 (Partially Hedged)

A client has a leverage of 1:500 and opens the below trades (XAUUSD contract size = 100 troy ounce):

• BUY 1 standard lot of XAUUSD at 4689.25.
• SELL 1 standard lot of XAUUSD at 4689.01
• BUY 1 standard lot of XAUUSD at 4689.30.
• BUY 1 standard lot of XAUUSD at 4689.31.

Average Price

= (4689.25 + 4689.01 + 4689.30 + 4689.31) / 4

= 4689.218

Hedged Margin

= (Average Price x Contract Size x Hedged Lot) / Leverage

= (4689.218 x 100 x 1) / 500

= 937.84 USD

Unhedged Margin

= (Average Price x Contract Size x Unhedged Lot) / Leverage

= (4689.218 x 100 x 2) / 500

= 1,875.69 USD

Total Margin

= Hedged Margin + Unhedged Margin

= 937.84 USD + 1,875.69 USD

= 2,813.53 USD

We would like to inform you of an upcoming update to our hedged margin requirements. This adjustment is implemented to enhance risk management practices and ensure a fair and consistent trading environment.

Effective from 7 May 2026, 23:00 (UTC+1), the hedged margin requirement for Metals and Energy Spot and Futures products will be adjusted to 100%.

This change will apply to the following trading servers:

• MT4: Live 03, Demo 02
• MT5: Traze Seychelles, Traze Demo

Clients are advised to review any existing hedged positions and ensure sufficient free margin is maintained prior to the effective time. As margin requirements will increase for fully hedged positions, this will impact margin levels and could lead to margin calls or stop-outs if accounts are not adequately funded. Clients who utilize hedging strategies for margin efficiency are encouraged to reassess their positions and risk management approach accordingly.

Due to recent market volatility, and to further strengthen the company’s overall risk management objectives while maintaining the stability and integrity of the trading environment, we hereby announces that a leverage adjustment will be applied to all trading account types every weekend until further notice. The details are as follows:

Affected Accounts: All trading account types

Adjustment Details: Account leverage will be fixed at 1:200

Effective Date: From Friday 21:00 (GMT+1) to Sunday 23:30 (GMT+1) every week

Scope: Applies to all existing open positions, pending orders and any new orders placed

During this period, any Trading Accounts (FX and precious metals) we will reduce trading leverage to a maximum 1:200. We kindly remind clients to carefully review and appropriately manage their open positions and margin levels prior to the effective period. Where necessary, clients should consider reducing exposure or increasing margin to mitigate the risk of insufficient margin or forced liquidation resulting from the leverage adjustment.

We will continue to monitor market conditions closely and implement additional risk management measures where deemed necessary, to protect clients’ trading interests and fund security.
